FRESH AIR! WE NEED FRESH AIR! ...LET'S DEFINE "RACISM" FOR A START
..Racism wasn't always the blunt cudgel it is today. Now its any old pretext that results in the "racist-er" pouring the contents of his wallet, actual or metaphorical, or even his life's work, into the bottomless pockets of the endlessly aggrieved "racist-ee". Its raining crocodile tears out there. Recently on NPR we heard the call for the need to halt viscious racism by integrating symphony conductor jobs. Might be "global bullshit warming", social scientists should have been warning about it for the last 50 years.

Now days Racism can be anything from having a different point of view a joke the way you have your hair, its almost impossible to to exist as a white person without being "racist". Not to mention a decent amount of people believe only whites can be racist and racism towards whites doesn't exist or is deserved.

I am a blonde, blue eyed, very white Latina......and I have experienced a not so rare kind of racism: Latino on Latino. No one week goes by w/o a brown eyed Latino/a making a nasty remark on the fact that Spanish is my first language and about where I was born.
Another issue: For most people a person is a racist if he / she doesn't like what the others do..........it could be food, music, traditions..........
The definition of Racism needs to be "corrected".
