Sounds even more so like a description of a typical person diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome . I wonder what difference if any there is between being on the autism spectrum and simply being introverted .

sometimes I realize too late that the person I am talking to will never get what I'm trying to say and they will completely misunderstand. I feel like a Stranger in a Strange Land.
