I always love seeing those, for they are all scrumptious!!

Thank you - I have 10 and love the colorful blooms! I almost bought a new one today

@Heidi68 Heehee, tis the season - I ordered some White Feather Hostas yesterday! They are said to lead little sunlight.

Feel my envy?

They are really easy.

Orchids are quirky in re to blooming, sometimes I think they need to be shocked by temp changes to decide to bloom. Beautiful.

Please don't tell mine that. I usually get at least 2 blooms per plant a year and they last forever.

@Heidi68 My neglect and brown thumb may be factors 😉

@MizJ do you fertilize yours?

@Heidi68 I used to fertilize weakly weekly. They were badly damaged in a hail storm.

@MizJ mine get watered once a week (Sunday mornings) and I fertilize the first Sunday of the month. Seems to keep them happy

No but it tends to be what I can find around here... Blue is my color of choice.

Posted by FernappleIts the time for one of my favourite flowers, Primula florindae, the giant cowslip to flower. The cinnamon scent fills the garden on warm days.

Posted by FrostyJimIt's almost salad season. It is amazing how fast my salad greens grow in just 3 weeks since setting out my seedlings in our long Alaska summer days...

Posted by FernappleNature is the best gardener still. All nature asks is a little space, that's all. Maybe no more than a slightly leaky fall pipe, and a bit of neglected wall, and you have a perfect tiny garden.
