Brilliant idea, presumably easy to water without waste, and they are looking very healthy.

What a great idea, using containers for the mounds, you get to use wasted lawn space for something useful like delicious, ice cold, watermelon. YUM!

Right? Totally wasted space.

@SkotlandSkye Wasted in so far as it produces nothing but it does require water, fertilizer, mowing, etc.

@Surfpirate yeah I refuse to water it and fertilize it. It’s mostly crab grass and other wild grass.
