Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Beautiful! Here in North Texas, someone would seed the sides along the freeways with the state flower, Blue Bonnetts. We would gave these spectacular blooms that turned these areas along the roadside a gorgeous blue color. They must have stopped seeding several years ago because it hasn't been like this for some time. We still get lots of Spring wildflowers that bloom, just not much of the Blue Bonnetts.

It seems like when I first moved to southern OK & would drive to Fort Worth I would see some but you are correct, the last few years just wild flowers.
