Back , when I was healthier , I took out a loan , using my home as collateral , and but real estate , which I fixed up and rented out . While I did not find the rental market particularly advantages financially , I did make a decent profit when I sold the properties . I didn't have a name for it then , but they now refer to it a s house flipping .
