@scurry Try it but most of the reward comes from the esteem that it creates in you & pleasure of rewarding your body not being a helpless namby pamby.
@FrayedBear Helpless namby pamby??? Hmmm... I don't generally judge others', or my self-worth by how or what they/I cook. Also, here's an idea,
@scurry The comment largely arises from something told 50 years ago - the person who respects themself respects what they feed themself.
I suggest that photo supplied by you & re-attached below is evidence of someone not respecting themself.
