If he's the ball, he can't cheat.
He plays alone so often because if he didn't, others would learn about how poorly he plays and how much he cheats.
Obama played in DC, much cheaper and not a money line for him, and usually Obama had golf partners, often John Boehner so they could talk. Imagine tRump getting his assed kicked on the golf course by Nancy Pelosi.
