Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Texas has been so gerrymandered, that even though we have a nearly even split of the vote (52-48), that the congressional delegation, and both the state houses have super majorities of republicans who control everything. If we do not get some relief from Congress it is going to be a tough 10 years here.

I usually believe it’s gerrymandering if the Governor and US Senators are Democrats but if otherwise, the state is just rotten.
Well they do say we get the politicians we deserve!

With Texas, yes, but with other states, they get the ones gerrymandered into office.
