Because most boys don’t clean their own rooms at 12. I know some guys who are in their 20s who live at home and their mom still does their laundry for them..

@bi_heathen97 That doesn't happen in my world. Mothers who don't make their sons do for themselves, and clean up after themselves, aren't doing them any favors.

@KKGator damn straight! Funny story, at one point I lined my kids up (all in grade school) and said "there's 4 of you and 1 of me...guess what that means?"

My mother used to do this to my sisters and my rooms and we got busted on so much shit. I have words for her I will save for myself. She was least liked by her offspring because she was who she was

@KKGator It’s also funny because I grew up around the Bible Belt and it seems to be something a lot of fundamentalist homeschooling moms do. Meanwhile, they keep wondering why their prayers for their sons to get married are never answered.
