I'm gonna show my ignorance here, and ask what horchata is.
@tnorman1236 I had a vague idea, here it is (a S. Am. White Russian, I guess!)...
In the Central American countries of El Salvador, Nicaragua, Honduras, and Costa Rica, horchata refers to the drink known as semilla de jicaro, made from the jicaro seeds ground with rice and spices such as ground cocoa, cinnamon, sesame seeds, nutmeg, tiger nuts and vanilla.

@tnorman1236 The easiest, creamy and slightly sweet homemade Authentic Mexican Horchata. . ... Horchata is essentially made out of rice, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. It can also be bought in a powdered mix.
