Anyone see the new Capitol One commercial ? It's like a Starbucks where you can sit forever and try to figure out how to open an account or resolve an issue. All with no privacy, with everyone overhearing each others private banking information, while sitting in their big, open, airy Starbucks-like "living Room". NO THANKS. When I go to a bank, I want privacy and attention.
