You might consider rewriting your profile, as that's the first place most women look when they see a new member.
They are usually looking for pertinent information; hobbies, interests, goals- things that could affect their interest in dating you.
Also, if you want the majority of fellow members to read your posts and comments, you might consider leaving your private group and seeing what the others are saying.
Remember that most people are attracted to positive attitudes.
