@Freespirit64 Was mostly butt (which got cool "hippie" patches) & the raggedy bottom hem. One pair got a major burn from a bonfire party we had (lucky I wore boots at the time) & I still wouldn't get rid of them! Ah, the '60's-'70's!

When we were grade school age, my little brother had this purple Hawaiian type t shirt he wore til it was literally rags. I mean, huge, gaping, sagging holes and transparent rub spots all over. He loved that shirt. My dad got mad one day and literally ripped it off my brother, who cried about it for hours. He even tried to collect the scraps and somehow put them back together. It was crazy!
