@Closeted That's the spirit! I thought total vegan would be a little to hard for me, and didn't want to fail, so decided to go slow and just give up the meat and keep my eggs and creamer. Two months now and I've taken off 12 pounds and my doc took me off my blood pressure meds! Yay!!

@Closeted I was so surprised that after about two weeks I stopped craving sugar. I guess just eating all those leafy greens and vegetables and beans just makes your body not crave the sugar so much who knows? LOL
