I got banned from the Mental Health support page for suggesting almost those exact words to a person there pleading his case. Sorry....this is wisdom....and from Nike, no less!

@altschmerz I don't consider it bragging.
I'm not happy with the overly sensitive nature of the "moderator" who banned me for suggesting that there's wisdom in being decisive about terminating one's life.
To not "be decisive about being suicidal" is "false" or "fake" to me. To "feign" a plea for help by saying "Im depressed" or "I'm. suicidal" is - to me - a trigger that I suggest, in return; "Just Do it".
That's not bragging. That, to me, is trying to get real.
To me...if you don't appreciate the gift, the incredible luck of being alive...you don't deserve to be alive;
