Last night it was wonderful ! I ate all my supplies while admitting few very young people for very stupid reasons 
Stressed to death , and hungry at 0300. Found pizza at neurosurgery department . Yes I have my informers I will like to add crawled by their break room like a sneak and wolfed down two pieces

Cayenne pepper is good too. It looks like cinnamon and doesn't reach full heat right away, so that the target gets to eat two or three bites before it starts to hurt. Then, with luck, Code Blue.
