@MsDemeanour That may be too harsh a punishment for littering. Maybe just make them pick up litter for a couple of days.

@BestWithoutGods It was Alice's Restaurant. It was a protest song during the vietnam war about a guy who wasn't accepted into the army on moral grounds cos he had a police record for littering. It's hilarious.
