I thought he would be shot for running away from the enemy.
Also it would be weird wearing camouflage when you're glow-in-the-dark orange
@MsDemeanour He wouldn't have lasted long enough to run from the enemy, first shot fired is in the back of the head, so you can say he was running from the fight, and everyone backs up the story.
@glennlab How did he get out of conscription? or is it normal for rich people?
@MsDemeanour It was common in every US war for the children of the wealthy and politically connected to recieve preferencial treatment by their draft boads, doctors, ministers, colleges or jobs. Trump gort a doctor to lie for him. the abuses of the system were so agregious that Nixon finally ended all deferments, beginning in 1973, as well as requiring that a military doctor had to grant the medical classification, no longer allowing cheaters to simply hire their way out of the draft. A lottery system was also implemented earlier so that all persons classified as 1-A were pooled nationwide and individual draft boards no longer could grant favorite son deferments.
