While there are plenty of towns in West Virginia that would be like you describe, Wheeling isn't really one of them. It was an industrial town--steel and glass, not a coal mining area. It's closer to Pittsburgh than to most places in WV.

@Tomfoolery33 I have no doubt about it at all and with no end to that in sight thanks to the GOP things will only get worse until we get a president in that will hold big pharma accountable....
