Nothing beats pineapple, lobster and shrimp on a pizza, especially if eaten on a beach under a coconut palm. Going to miss that this year. Lobsterfest in Belize was canceled for this year.

Red sauce? Hm. Sounds awful. But I would be willing to try.
@EyesThatSmile Very light sauce, I thought it sounded terrible, then I had it. It is an absolute delight, depending on how the lobster harvest is going you either get it loaded with lobster or just a couple of pieces.
The season starts June 1 most years, but I was just looking and the country doesn't to be opening before the end of summer.
