Not if you still have to buy the stuff you were going to buy. I use Black Friday as a way to get discounted items I need. Almost every year I get a steal on a stockpile of socks, undershirts, and boxer briefs. If I can I try to get mandatory holiday season gifts purchased. (Are you really not going to buy your nephew anything ?)
