Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I usually only find out I've been Blocked when all of a sudden there's a gap in a conversation. Honestly, it's usually not for the reasons they give, they were just 'disagreed' with. Simply not just accepting what they stated, even done civilly.
I don'tas a general rule, Block back, personally, but I will Block them from my Groups because if I can't see what they Post there I won't be responsible.

You can always block the ones you deem crybabies. I block the ones who follow me around mansplaining or calling me a man hater.
