Something (somewhat) similar happened to me once. My very red Nyquill leaked in my luggage. It was in a compartment so no a lot of clothing got stained. The only thing available to clean it up was those very white towels. I used one but the color wasn't coming out completely after rinsing it under running water. Yes, I left a note (signed it as @CaroleKay and explained that it was hair dye). Everything not in parenthesis is the truth.

Having a friend whose job would be the reader of this note, they would certainly know the difference; they have seen blood and all manner of bodily fluids, all kinds of drugs, sex toys/lube etc. These people must be the most desensitized humans right behind those whose job it is to monitor internet traffic. They buy mind bleach in bulk.
