That's one large barrel of legal crazy. I can see why the prosecutor chose not to even try dumping it out.
BUT a kid is still dead and everyone moves on like this shit is normal. Just make sure the 2nd Amendment rights of all Floridians does not come under scrutiny. Gun laws in Florida are just nuts.
