Yep, that's the whole point, and all based on something written in the 18th Century.
@GipsyOfNewSpain To be fair, freedom of speech was also ratified in the 18th Century. There a still a lot of really good attached to that document.
@chalupacabre No doubt also Slavery was Recognized as needed for the creation of this nation of ours.
