Deadline is August 6. I am not providing feedback in this case, but I'm posting in case anyone here might be interested to consider providing feedback. It does look like it would take some work.
I can say that some at the DOE speak "electric vehicles advocacy" fluently and with good intentions, these days. I also think it's exciting to see some seeming revitalization of programs such as the Advanced Technology Vehicles Manufacturing (ATVM) program seemingly or apparently revitalized at the Loan Programs Office (LPO).
