The Science of Magick Pt 1
I personally dilineate stage magic from 'actual' 'magick' similarly to Aleister Crowley however I do set a higher standard for drug induced hallucinations and 'revelations'. In fact, stage magic can become 'magick' when it holds an audience enthralled or changes their perception of reality, however briefly.
I'll first discuss, both as an introduction and a warning, the sometimes 'instant karma' of our actions whether carefully planned or done without thought. My book of 'spells' here began with my attempt to create an RPG system that mirrored real life. Of course, even those with my limited 'common sense' can easily see these as axioms.
I include an APA article that partially supports my views. You can argue syntax...I'll just refrain myself!
