With humans it is not so simple but I would like to suggest a challenge to improve throughput for the In and the out.
Dare to experiment to get as near : : DARE TO TELL THE TRUTH.
to the truth as is humanly possible
I assure that we could all manage at least half of that.

It is really sad that one has to DARE to approach the truth. When thinking about improvements of myself I often avoid rather than dare. The more one does put through your brain by way of hypothesis , the more likely you are to succeed .Possibly
