You haven't missed much. Their last few albums since Hellfire Club haven't been all that exceptional. Although 2014's, Space Police: Defenders Of The Crown had its moments and was a bit of a return to form.
@webbew1 I saw them once at a festival in/around 2011. After that I never heard them.
I think Tobias Sammit has spent more of his energy on Avantasia. Avantasia is a much better band anyway. Edguy is just an 80's hair band throwback. They're kind of fun for a little while, but shallow and annoying after too many listens.
@webbew1 I hear you there. There were 40 bands playing. Usually 3 bands would play at a time. I was there for a bit, then left for another concert. Never really impressed me.
