~~ Revolution ~~

The people started marching
they came from everywhere
Armed with words of freedom
Revolution in the air

They joined in every corner
Across their precious land
The time had come, they all agreed
They had to take a stand

The country was divided
And teetered on the edge
Of losing its democracy
Betraying its own Pledge

It used to be a beacon
An oasis in the sand
Desired by so many
Its shores a freedom land

But tyranny had taken hold
At stake, democracy
People knew intangibles
Never came for free

And so they came together
Honeybees onto a flower
They came to show world
That people always have the power

Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff

I’ve spent a while just biding time
Still searching for some answers.
I’m now resigned ... more hills to climb
With fewer mood enhancers.

I wonder what the future holds
For me, a staunch agnostic?
My brain has lots of furls and folds
But sometimes seems too caustic!

I dream of simple fantasies
And sweet imagination
That wafts me high upon a breeze
And plans my next vacation!

Shukran jazilan! Anti karima!

Great read!

well written!

It is disconcerting when people do not understand something that they circle for gloom and doom. Until people learn a better physiological approach this will haunt their dreams. Good write
