Have you ever tried meditation? I personally enjoy meditation. Mostly, because it sharpens my awareness, helps with my anxiety, and has trained my brain to be a little less ADD.

If you tried it, did it help? And, what was the process?

I've tried, but guided would be better it seems.

I don't think I've ever meditated completely - I've certainly never smelled cherry blossoms, like LadyAlyxandrea, though that sounds totally awesome!
I think I do a light form of meditation - specifically to get rid of hic-ups, but also as a way to calm myself and my thoughts. I mainly concentrate on my breathing and clearing my mind of troubling thoughts. Though I do let my mind wander a bit, I don't try to 'guide' it in any particular direction.
