Philosophy and humanist theories taught in schools, an overall emphasis on people helping people just because not out of fear of a skydaddy punishing you.
Schools being redesigned so that academic excellence is not the main reason for being there but developing well rounded social skills.

Yeah, it's like I posted yesterday about the census data, the religies are fretting about the secularisation of Australia. I'd point to countries that are the least religious but are doing very well, thank you very much.

The religious argument is always the same at the end: fear.

Also, secularists didn't kill religion; they are doing it to themselves, through corruption and irrelevance.
