Oh FFS, sharks have lived and ruled in the oceans since the dinosaurs were extinct, before then they had to contend with bigger enemies like the Mosasaurs, when humans discovered that swimming/bathing in the oceans was great fun and an easy way to get clean, etc, humans INVADED the territories of the sharks and placed themselves on the 'possibly' edible snack menu for the sharks.
Thanks to Hollywood and their over dramatisations of shark 'attacks' in movies like 'Jaws' almost everyone believes that sharks, the Great Whites in particular, go out of their way just to dine on humans.
In fact that is not actually the case since most sharks, except the Bull Shark, actually dislike the taste of human beings intensely they merely see and sense swimmers, surfers, etc, as being the shadowy shapes resembling their favourite snack item, seals, and will naturally go in for a quick snack.
As for the Australian Green Party, well in my opinion they're about as much use as a chocolate teapot and as trustworthy as a tissue paper nappy on a baby with chronic diarrhoea.
Perhaps they should be looking at how many people have died through the rampant mismanagement of government services and fundings instead and consider culling useless politicians?

Well said.
Who can forget Kernot & Gareth Gareth?
The visual in the imagination is enough to drive you into a monastery or nunnery if not the grave!

@FrayedBear um..... I think you guys missed the point here. I doubt the green party want to kill anything or anyone

@MsDemeanour I wouldn't bet on that one if I were you.
Can you remember the episode when the Greens sided with the Lib-Nats Party to stop Pensioners, etc, getting a rise in payments, I certainly can.
And when they voted YES to the culling of sharks in W.A.
All the Greens are interested in, imho, is getting enough votes to get enough seats to remain in parliament, they WERE a good idea at first, but have been less than useless ever since.
