I stopped listening, sorry.

I made it to 11: something. I hope you wasted less time, but in my defense I wanted to try to get the gist of where it was going before I gave up on it.

What a waste of time. The entire premise of this video is one catch phrase that this guy coined and never bothers to define. He uses his word as if it's some uncommon skill. He then proceeds to opine on why people don't practice this skill effectively.

This quote: "Now some people will make stuff technical seeming intentionally to obscure it as a power game...." is particularly ironic because at timeshe strings together sentences of technical-sounding jargon that really expresses vague concepts. He continuously presents his opinions as fact while presenting no substantive supporting evidence, but instead offers imprecise indefinite articles like some, many, or most.

He's presenting his own biased views, and demonstrates clearly that everything he presents in this video is subjective.

@trashcendence No, I believe in evidence, quantitative numbers, and logic. This guy doesn't present any of those. Listen to him, he is basing his entire argument on allegorical evidence and confirmation bias.

As one example, he presents his opinion that scientific journals are monitoring readers. He doesn't seem to get that scientific journals present hypotheses which other scientists are encouraged to disprove. If they cannot be disproven, over time the hypotheses become theories and gain acceptance.

Either through ignorance or deceit the narrator here misrepresents the purpose of scientific journals.
