That the only launcher in the area for the particular rocket used was in the possession a fascist military group in the Ukraine at the time after the illegal overthrow of their democratically elected president. And the pictures used to suggest the Russians did this act were actually pictures from a Russian military show in Moscow some 2 years before hand by an AP journalist, not taken in Ukraine.
