I have a recipe for rice paper bacon. But for the most part, I can live without bacon. I go with veggie breakfast sausage once in a while.

Where can I buy these bacons?

Most of them look homemade, but I've gotten tempeh bacon at higher end grocery stores, like Whole Foods, and shops that cater to customers that may prefer organic and/or vegetarian foods.
