I decided to make fresh seasoning for my mashed potatoes. I sauteed dill, garlic,onion,bell pepper, and then placed it in a blender with coconut oil, sea salt,and pepper. I then added coriander,cumin, and dehydrated garlic. This is by far the best garlic and herb mashed potatoes that I have ever tasted. I also put some of the seasoning in a cabbage,carrot,onion,and bell dish. Simple yet delicious.
