Made hearty, spicy 3 bean chili today. Used black, pinto, and kidney beans and lots of onion, garlic, peppers and spices. It's got a nice kick. ?

Looks good. Did you see my posting about the toxin found in Kidney Beans. I often sprout them and slow cook them. The article said they need to be boiled for 10 minutes to break up the toxin which can be deadly. It was a real eye opener for me.
