My doctor told me to stop eating pork and processed meats years ago due to a family disposition to bowel cancer. A lot of terminal cancer patients that give up meat seem to live longer, in my humble experience, and that of people claiming to unofficially cure cancer.
I wonder why they’re not studying the cancer risks of being vegetarian or vegan? Or have the meat industry already done so and not released the results as they’re not in their favour?

This certainly does not speak well for processed meat such as the all too popular hot dog. I did not realize that processed meat is in the same carcinogen group as tobacco smoking and asbestos.

Yes, beef jerky is now as unpopular as alcohol as they’re both carcinogenic.
