In addition, the algorithm identified strategies that resulted in equivalent performance to that in the experimental studies while reducing caffeine consumption by up to 65%. "

Is there a benefit to using this app, other than controlling your coffee consumption? Is there evidence that coffee consumption should be controlled?

As a long term strategy it strikes me as a serious danger to good health.
