Why isn't the Budget Department supervising the money being spent on materials like cannons,trucks,tents etc that the military does not want but that come from a senator or representative district. Why isn't surplus items being used by our Fima which deals with disasters instead of rotting in storage costing millions for nothing.Did you know the Pentagon operates 170 golf courses world wide. This seems like a likely place to cut the military budget to start.
