The climate caused event that is being ignored will bring another real estate crisis like the one that almost caused a depression.
Who will be affected? Homeowners,insurance companies,mortgage lenders,real estate investors and developers and the tax base of towns and cities.In addition all those who support these homes along the coasts.As the sea levels rise all of these structures will either be destroyed or loose the value they had causing massive dollar losses to the homeowners and all those mortgage companies as people walk away from their loans. Still the republicans deny climate change and refuse to do anything about it.
