Lemon Balm

Question

Anyone grow it and have ideas for things to use it in?

I have a large patch of it growing and don't want it to go to waste but I have no idea what to use it in.

I use for cooking and for tea. Enjoy.

Because we have mosquitos.....I grow it in pots around my chairs on the patio. Apparently, they hate lemon fragrance....

It is a nervine so it is great for relaxation and sleeping (amongst other things)......infuse in a tea.

It's fantastic for cleaning wood surfaces!
