There are so many problems it is difficult to come up with a single plan. It would require a muti-option program including many different elements. To name a few; education revision and update to meet todays world of technologies impact on society and jobs;hold a Constitutional Congress to update it to include the personal rights of the person to their own body for abortion and planned suicide;upgrade separation of church and state; revise term limits on Congress and Supreme Court; allow for only public funding of campaigns ; make health insurance a right of the person provided by the government; establish a tax plan equitable to all classes of people;eliminate electoral college;Provide statehood to all territories of the USA. Then I would review all the laws to revise them as needed and remove obsolete elements and upgrade for new developments. This would be my beginning.
