Just an unrelated rant. Frickin' Verizon sucks donkey balls. Not news to anyone I'm sure. I want to scream.
So Verizon sends me a text telling me my bill is due - today. News to me, I haven't gotten a bill in the mail from them. (Certainly not the first time this has happened) So I click on the link to go to my account and it asks me to sign in. I do. It doesn't recognize me. I try different devices until it locks my account. Did I mention THEY SENT ME A TEXT and now don't recognize the cell number they just texted? Steam is now coming out of my ears. After finally getting to the point where I can reset my password - always a fun time - I try various passwords and there's always something wrong: it needs a number, it needs one capital, it needs a drop of blood on the keyboard.... and of course they never TELL YOU UP FRONT what it needs - just let you keep typing and failing. Last time I settled on Jesus.f*cking.christ and it actually worked. This time I tried Verizonyousuck! and it said "you can't use an easily guessed password". I guess I'm not alone. So a chat box pops up asking me if I want to talk to a live person. YES!!! I reply and I get, 'sorry, all representatives are busy. Try later." Are. You. Kidding. ME?!?!? Arrghghghggg!!!
