Do you want the wall?

I wanted the wall, but ive changed my mind. 1st I would remove all US Troops from Germany and other non essential places and build bases along the border in our most vulnerable spots.
Then I would have the Army build a chain link fence -12 feet tall, cover in razor wire, and electrified.
I would raise tariffs on anything coming in from Mexico - and take those funds to pay for the fence.
