Like opossum huh?
I'd reckon so and its cooking aromas we're not preferred as remember her saying.
My mom's family was raised on such . It's not as greasy as coon or opossum though . Bear is also greasy . I guess cat is chewy like crow or rooster , & dog has a strong pork flavor like bacon , however , it smells & tastes like wet dog . If you know what wet dog smells like , then I guess you know what it tastes like , you just don't realize it . . . ?
