The older of my 16 year old twin sons is having surgery this morning on his knee for a torn ACL. Trying to keep humor around because I know it’s not going to be a fun ride. Have a great day friends.

@MyLiege my 2 experiences as birth coach to 2 mom's lead me to conclude 2 minutes during childbirth can seem like eternity
