QUESTION How to make stress your friend

I found this to be very interesting. I've always thought stress wasn't healthy. It was thought provoking for me to hear that how you perceive stress may determine if it's healthy or unhealthy for you. I am new to listening to podcast and find them a great way to explore subjects.

there is stress with everything we do. Even getting a raise or a better house is stressful

Stress can be a driver as long as it can be controlled. As with many similar psycoactivators, moderation is the rule.
